Student Visits Brown University

BHS junior Leila Escobar recently returned from a fly-in visit to Ivy League institution, Brown University. Leila was selected from a large pool of applicants to travel to Providence, Rhode Island to learn more about the college application process from admissions and financial aid experts, explore campus life, and meet current Brown students to learn about their college experiences. This was Leila's first time flying and traveling on her own, and said, "It was indeed a once in a lifetime experience that helped expand my knowledge and influenced me to continue pushing towards my goal of attending college, which I have had since elementary school." Congratulations Leila!
